Who We Are

Xcell Dynamics Ltd was formed to share the “dynamics of excellence” for teams and leaders in business.  As part of our continuous learning ethos, we have continued to evolve and expand what we are able to bring to our clients.  In particular, this has led to our introduction of the ExecuTAP and Sustainable Peak Performance Programmes which develop Team dynamics and Team facilitation skills.

As partners in Xcell Dynamics, Steve and Geert have worked together in various engagements for over six years. Both draw on a wealth of international business developmental knowledge and commercial experience within FT and Fortune 500 companies.

Steve Sharpley: (MSc Change Agent Skills and Strategies, BSc Hons. Psychology and HNC Mech Eng) founded Xcell Dynamics Ltd in 2001. Steve has been an international organisational consultant and coach for over 10 years.  Prior to setting up the company Steve worked for a global leadership and culture change consultancy following 14 years commercial management experience, including abroad within companies such as Monsanto, Scientific Atlanta and Schlumberger.

Geert Oostvogel: (MBA) Partner in Xcell Dynamics. Geert is a senior management consultant with 20 years of international experience including business reinvention programmes and large scale change initiatives. Prior to his consulting career, Geert has held several line management positions with Van Leer Containers, SBU USA, CSC-Index (USA and UK)  and Arthur D Little (UK).

Professional Alliances:  Xcell Dynamics also works, as necessary, with a number of equally experienced and talented professionals, in addition to collaborating with partner organisations in Europe, the USA and New Zealand, all of whom use the same approach to development, team dynamics and team facilitation.
